Jereme Kent

JEREME KENT
GENERAL MANAGER AND CEO

As founder and General Manager of One Energy, Jereme is ultimately responsible for the delivery of all One Energy projects and the success of the One Energy family of companies.  He has pioneered the installation of utility-scale wind turbines for private industry customers, now widely known as Wind for Industry®.

Jereme is well versed in all aspects of utility scale wind projects.  He has experience taking projects from original concept to the installation of functional turbines, and every step in between. Prior to founding One Energy, Jereme served as field engineer, erection superintendent, general superintendent, and site manager at various utility-scale construction firms. He has managed several of the largest wind projects in the world and has overseen more than half a billion dollars in wind turbine construction projects.

Jereme has helped author multiple crane safety and tower rescue programs, and developed several safety, quality, and production methods that are now considered standard within the utility-scale wind industry. He frequently consults on technical and planning issues for utility-scale wind construction, and has testified before numerous governmental hearings regarding energy and utility legislation.

John Everett

JOHN G. EVERETT, PH.D., P.E.
ENGINEERING LEAD

John brings more than forty years of construction experience to the Director of Construction position at One Energy. He is responsible for all aspects of engineering and construction of Wind for Industry® projects.

John has been a professor and lecturer in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Michigan since 1991. He teaches courses and conducts research in construction safety, planning, and optimization.  John is a registered Professional Engineer in six states and has been a consulting engineer on numerous government and private industry projects.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from MIT, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering: Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. in Construction Engineering and Management from MIT. He is the author or co-author of more than one hundred publications, including nineteen peer reviewed journal articles.

Rebekah Hedahl

REBEKAH HEDAHL
HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS

As Head of Communications, Rebekah manages the short- and long-term business activities of One Energy, including finances, business development, recruiting, community outreach, and project controls.

She brings extensive project administration and controls experience from the utility-scale wind construction industry to One Energy. Rebekah has firsthand experience in all aspects of management including construction sites, mobilization, mechanical completion, and handoff.  She once worked for the largest wind turbine project in the country (at the time) in Fowler, IN for BP Corporation.  

Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance and a Project Management Certification from Boston University.

Prior to working in the wind industry, Rebekah was responsible for the management and development of several entrepreneurial companies. Her varied background makes Rebekah uniquely qualified to support the challenges of Wind For Industry®.

Kate Dusett

KATE DUSETT, M.B.A. 
HEAD OF PROJECT STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT

At One Energy, Kate manages all operations functions, including equipment and service supply agreements, transportation, construction, and the safety and quality control program implementation for all company assets. She is also focused on scaling the organization up to meet customer demand.

Kate has been working in the renewable energy space for over a decade, focusing on all aspects of technical operations, including production planning, project management, engineering change management, procurement, and logistics. Growing wind energy companies in new markets is Kate’s area of expertise.  She joined Spanish turbine supplier Gamesa Wind US when they started their first turbine manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania.  Then she helped Goldwind USA start up their US operations, collaborating closely with the Chinese team to develop operations and qualify their turbines for the US market.  Kate has also touched other renewable technologies including proton exchange membrane fuel cells and biofuels.

Kate has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bilingual Masters of Business Administration from the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. 

Jeff Shrader

JEFFERY C. SHRADER 
HEAD OF KEY ACCOUNTS

Jeff joined the One Energy team to head up all development activities as the Director of Key Accounts, using his extensive business contacts paired with his market and regional knowledge to grow and expand Wind For Industry® clients. He is responsible for maintaining relationships with established accounts, and serves as primary contact for local and community educational opportunities.  

Jeff brings thirty years of experience as a banker, including 28 in sales and development as a commercial lender with Fifth Third Bank, one of the top 15 banks in the US. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Jeff has served as President on several Findlay community boards including the Findlay City School Board, the Findlay Hancock County Alliance Board, the Findlay YMCA, and the Findlay Rotary Club. While serving on the Findlay Hancock Alliance Economic Development team, Findlay was named the number one micropolitan community in 2015. He helped spearhead a $7 million capital campaign for the complete renovation of the local YMCA facility. Jeff was also serving on the Findlay City School Board when they passed a bond levy to construct a $72 million building project in the community.

Jessica Grosso

JESSICA GROSSO, M.S.
HEAD OF PROJECT PLANNING AND TECHNOLOGY

As Head of Project Planning and Technology, Jessica is responsible for all phases of project feasibility evaluations, including wind resource assessment, regulatory compliance, turbine siting, permitting, and financial modeling.

Jessica is One Energy’s wind resource expert.  In her previous role as Chief Scientist, she was responsible for all technical reports and site-specific wind resource and feasibility studies.  Jessica developed much of One Energy’s proprietary software for site-specific feasibility studies, including wake loss, shadow flicker, sound propagation, and icing.  She created One Energy’s proprietary wind map of Ohio, which is the first (and only) one mile resolution wind map of the state.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering: Earth Systems Science and Engineering, and a Master of Science in Atmospheric Science.

Katie Johnson

KATIE JOHNSON TREADWAY, J.D.
HEAD OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS, ESQ.

As Head of Regulatory Affairs at One Energy, Katie is responsible for the company’s legal matters and ensures that One Energy remains at the forefront of legal and regulatory issues in the energy industry.

Prior to joining One Energy, Katie was an Assistant Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. There, Katie represented the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and the Ohio Power Siting Board in proceedings before the Commission and the Supreme Court of Ohio.  She litigated over 50 cases and successfully argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Katie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Otterbein University and her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School.  Katie also attended the Michigan State University Institute of Public Utilities.

While at Vermont Law School, Katie was employed as a Research Associate with the Institute for Energy and the Environment. There, Katie researched and published articles on state, federal, and international energy issues.  Katie has written and published reports on energy security with the US Department of Energy and the Center for Naval Analysis.  

Katie is admitted to the bar in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
